All our orders are shipped using Australia Post’s eParcel service. For further information regarding estimated delivery dates please read below the “General Information”.
Please note our shipping partners are currently experiencing delays due to increased demand and volume. All provided shipping timeframes are estimates only and we advise our customers to allow additional time for delivery. We thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience these delays may cause.
Orders Under $100
Shipping for orders under $100 will be calculated at the checkout. If you want an estimate on shipping costs add the products to your cart and use the calculate shipping option to see what options are available.

Orders Over $100
We offer free standard shipping for most orders over $100.
Bulky items are not eligible for free shipping.
Unfortunately we currently do not allow shipping on all bulky items due to either size or weight. It will however still provide the option to checkout with click and collect only.
Subject to the Rivalry Urbanwear return policy, Rivalry Urbanwear will take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damaged goods or missing orders.
Risk & Title in Goods
Subject to payment, property and risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer’s nominated delivery address. Anyone at the customer’s nominated delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Rivalry Urbanwear to be authorised to receive the goods.
The customer must ensure that the correct delivery address is entered as parcels returned to Rivalry Urbanwear as undelivered may incur a re-dispatch fee and will be sent back out as regular mail. Freight charges paid for original dispatch are not refundable.
Rivalry Urbanwear endeavours to process all orders within the next business day however, on some occassions, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched, excluding the day of purchase.
For orders that cannot be dispatched within 3 business days of the Order being placed, the Customer has the opportunity to cancel the order or modify the order (in the event lack of availability of particular goods). You will be contacted within the 3 business days by our Customer Service Team.
If Rivalry Urbanwear cannot supply all items purchased, you will be contacted by Customer Service and the remainder of the order will be shipped.
Rivalry Urbanwear reserves the right not to accept an order, or having accepted an order, to cancel an order if it cannot be supply the goods subject to the order. Rivalry Urbanwear may also cancel an order in accordance with Afterpay, ZipPay etc.
Rivalry Urbanwear will arrange for delivery of the goods by Australia Post. Rivalry Urbanwear will best endeavour to deliver the goods to the customer’s nominated delivery address within the time periods specified below however we will not be liable to the customer or anyone else for any loss suffered or incurred due to delay.
The estimated delivery dates below depends on where the customer lives and is calculated from the time the customer receives the “order shipped” email and not from the time the order was placed. Rivalry Urbanwear endeavours to process all orders within the next business day however, in some occassions, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched plus allow additional time for Australia Post delivery.
The following are estimates only for Australia Post delivery speed.
Standard Mail: 3 to 10 business days for metro areas.
Express Post: 1 to 3 business days for metro area. (please note eParcel is not covered in the Express Post Guarantee of next business day delivery).
The customer should allow for a further 3 business days in addition to the above for delivery to remote areas as an estimate only. To calculate a rough guide for the delivery time to your postcode you can use THIS link on Australia Post’s website.
Delays may occur around peak periods such as Christmas and Easter and also public holidays OR may occur due to COVID-19 restrictions which may not always make it possible to allow delivery within the estimated delivery dates. Please note that while Australia Post provides a reliable national service, delivery delays can occur for a variety of reasons.
